1. 지저스의 공식적인 죄목은 ‘성전모독죄’였다. 빌라도가 ‘네가 유대의 왕이냐’고 물은 건 신성 모독죄의 결정적인 근거였다.

2. 총독은 평소 가이사랴(인공적인 항구도시. 헤롯대왕이 로마 황제 카이사르를 기리기 위해 Caesarea라 이름 붙였다)에 머물었으나 유월절 축제기간이었기 때문에 민란을 방지하기 위해 예루살렘에 있었다. 빌라도는 명절날 일하는 데다가 이 고발이 정치적 목적을 가진 억지란 걸 알고 있었고 유대와 달리 로마에는 신성모독죄가 없었기 때문에 몹시 귀찮아하며 재판을 헤롯에게 미루었다. 그러니까 왜 휴일에 일을 시켜 쯧.

3. 가사에서도 알 수 있듯이 멜로디는 호산나 rep. 과거와는 정반대로 이젠 지저스를 조롱하고 있다

MATTEW [27 : 1-14]
1 Early in the morning, all the chief priests and the elders of the people came to the decision to put Jesus to death.
2 They bound him, led him away and handed him over to Pilate, the governor.
11 Meanwhile Jesus stood before the governor, and the governor asked him, “Are you the king of the Jews?” “Yes, it is as you say,” Jesus replied.
12 When he was accused by the chief priests and the elders, he gave no answer.
13 Then Pilate asked him, “Don’t you hear the testimony they are bringing against you?”
14 But Jesus made no reply, not even to a single charge -- to the great amazement of the governor.

1 새벽이 되어서, 대제사장들과 백성의 장로들이 함께 모여 예수를 죽일 계획을 짠 후에
2 예수를 결박하여 끌고 가서, 총독 빌라도에게 넘겨 주었다.
11 예수께서 총독 앞에 서시니, 총독은 예수께 물어 말하기를 “당신이 유대인의 왕이오?” 하였다. 그러자 예수께서는 “당신이 그렇게 말하였소” 하고 말씀하셨다.
12 예수께서는, 대제사장들과 장로들이 고발하는 말에는 아무 대답도 하지 않으셨다.
13 그 때에 빌라도가 예수께 말하였다. “사람들이 저렇게 여러 가지로 당신에게 불리한 증언을 하는데, 들리지 않소?”
14 예수께서는 그에게 단 한 마디도 대답하지 않으셨다. 그래서 총독은 매우 이상히 여겼다.


MARK [15 : 1-5]
1 Very early in the morning, the chief priests, with the elders, the teachers of the law and the whole Sanhedrin, reached a decision. They bound Jesus, led him away and
handed him over to Pilate.
2 “Are you the king of the Jews?” asked Pilate. “Yes, it is as you say,” Jesus replied.
3 The chief priests accused him of many things.
4 So again Pilate asked him, “Aren’t you going to answer? See how many things they
are accusing you of.”
5 But Jesus still made no reply, and Pilate was amazed.

1 새벽에 곧 대제사장들이 장로들과 율법학자들과 더불어 회의를 열었는데 그것은 전체 의회였다. 그들은 예수를 결박하고 끌고 가서, 빌라도에게 넘겨 주었다.
2 그래서 빌라도는 예수께 물었다. “당신이 유대인의 왕이오?” 그러자 예수께서는 빌라도에게 “당신이 그렇게 말하였소” 하고 말씀하셨다.
3 대제사장들은 여러 가지로 예수를 고발하였다.
4 빌라도는 다시 예수께 물어 말하였다. “당신은 아무 답변도 하지 않소? 사람들이 얼마나 여러 가지로 당신을 고발하는지 보시오.”
5 그러나 예수께서는 더 이상 아무 대답도 하지 않으셨다. 그래서 빌라도는 이상하게 여겼다.

 

 

LUKE [23 : 1-7]
1 Then the whole assembly rose and led him off to Pilate.
2 And they began to accuse him, saying, “We have found this man subverting our
nation. He opposes payment of taxes to Caesar and claims to be Christ, a king.”
3 So Pilate asked Jesus, “Are you the king of the Jews?” “Yes, it is as you say,” Jesus replied.
4 Then Pilate announced to the chief priests and the crowd, “I find no basis for a charge against this man.”
5 But they insisted, “He stirs up the people all over Judea by his teaching. He started in Galilee and has come all the way here.”

6 On hearing this, Pilate asked if the man was a Galilean.
7 When he learned that Jesus was under Herod’s jurisdiction, he sent him to Herod,
who was also in Jerusalem at that time.

1 그들 온 무리가 일어나서, 예수를 빌라도 앞으로 끌고 갔다.
2 그들은 예수를 고소하기 시작했는데, 말하기를 “우리가 보니, 이 사람이 우리 민족을 오도하고, 황제에게 세금 바치는 것을 반대하고, 자칭 그리스도 곧 왕이라고 하였습니다” 하였다.

6 빌라도가 이 말을 듣고서 “이 사람이 갈릴리 사람이오?” 하고 물었다.
7 그는 예수가 헤롯의 관할에 속한 것을 알고서, 그를 헤롯에게 보냈는데, 마침 그 때에 헤롯이 예루살렘에 있었다.


JOHN [18 : 28-32]
28 Then the Jews led Jesus from Caiaphas to the palace of the Roman governor. By
now it was early morning, and to avoid ceremonial uncleanness the Jews did not enter
the palace; they wanted to be able to eat the Passover.
29 So Pilate came out to them and asked, “What charges are you bringing against this
man?”
30 “If he were not a criminal,” they replied, “we would not have handed him over to
you.”
31 Pilate said, “Take him yourselves and judge him by your own law.” “But we have no
right to execute anyone,” the Jews objected.

32 This happened so that the words Jesus had spoken indicating the kind of death he
was going to die would be fulfilled.
28 사람들이 가야바의 집에서 공관으로 예수를 끌고 갔다. 때는 이른 아침이었다. 그들은 몸을 더럽게 하지 않고, 유월절 음식을 먹고자 하여, 공관 안에는 들어가지 않았다.
29 빌라도가 그들에게 나와서 “이 사람을 무슨 일로 고소하는 거요?” 하고 물었다.
30 그들이 빌라도에게 “이 사람이 악한 일을 하는 사람이 아니라면, 우리가 총독님께 넘기지 않았을 것입니다” 하고 대답하였다.
31 빌라도가 “그를 데리고 가서, 당신들의 법대로 재판하시오” 하고 말하니, 유대 사람들이 “우리는 사람을 죽일 권한이 없습니다” 하고 대답하였다.
32 이렇게 하여, 예수께서 자기가 어떠한 죽음으로 죽을 것인가를 암시하여 주신 말씀이 이루어졌다.
